Roc Blanc Hotel & Spa - Andorra la Vella

The location was superb, right next to the main street. The staff were friendly, greeting us with complimentary cava upon arrival, a lovely touch after a long journey.

Parking fees were quite steep.

Wonderful location in Escaldes-Engordany district near making sure taxis are available, all the shops and the commercial pedestrian street. Also, near excellent shopping area.

Breakfast was fine.

The staff at the reception needs training. After 3 days there were rebuilding works in the hotel. No information in advance. No concession.

Warm welcome and charming local vibes

The Roc Blanc Hotel & Spa provided a good experience with their spacious room and comfortable bed. The location was perfect for exploring Andorra, and I enjoyed the extensive breakfast buffet that offered something for every taste. The staff was always helpful and friendly.

This unexpected cost put a damper on what could have been a more relaxing stay.

Breakfast was good and the staff very nice. It is a somewhat longer walk from the bus station, but you are quickly in the city. Recommended for a short stay.

Unfortunately I cannot understand the stars. You can tell the age of the hotel.

The room was spacious with a lovely balcony to enjoy the fresh air. We had access to some great spa facilities, even if the pool was a little disappointing due to its constraints. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel should have informed us that a music festival was on and that the music could clearly be heard in the room until 4 in the morning very poor

The location was perfect for exploring Andorra, and the spacious room provided a great atmosphere for our family. We loved being able to relax on the lovely balcony with our dog while enjoying the scenic views. The kids had a fun time at the pool, despite its limitations.

My wife says that the parking situation was a hassle with limited spots available.

I enjoyed this air-conditioned hotel for its elegant atmosphere and lovely and great staff. The room was new-fashioned and huge, had jacuzzi bathroom. The location was marvellous right in the center of town, around 4-6 minutes away by foot from L' enoteca. You guys made my stay great.

The hotel Roc Blanc in Andorra had some standout features. The free upgrade to a double room exceeded my expectations. The room offered enough space and boasted a lovely balcony, ideal for savoring the mountain views. I felt very relaxed there. A noticeable downside was the parking situation. The fees were quite high at €23.50 per day, and I found cheaper options just a short walk away. While the breakfast was enjoyable with a fantastic variety, an uncomfortable moment arose when the efficiency in clearing tables lagged. The hotel provided complimentary gifts at checkout, such as water bottles and candy, displaying a commitment to customer satisfaction, but the slow service during breakfast took away from the overall experience.

Enjoyed complimentary champagne upon arrival and a good surprise gift at checkout! The spacious room featured a unique shower-bath combo perfect for relaxation. Be mindful of extra fees for the pool, but the location is fantastic for exploring Andorra. Consider dining options in the nearby area for variety.
